I have nothing but praise for this company from start to finish. They made the whole moving process as stress free as possible. They provided boxes to pack all our items, if we ran out they came and delivered more. They dismantled the beds and tables etc. Nothing was to much trouble. The removal men where all professional and polite. We had a big delay getting our keys and did not get them unitl very late in the day. J-Load where fantastic and just waited until we was able to get in, they kept saying don't worry we will wait and ensure that we unload all the stuff tonight regardless of time. I have nothing but priase for them and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to move home. I am so glad I picked J-Load for our removal and will not hesitate to use them in the future. In the last 5 years I have moved 4 times, once to Australia and once back to the UK. This is only a small company but I can honestly say that it is up there with the best of them. In fact you couldn't beat them on price - I tried! I received all the information I wanted prior to the removal without copious amounts of glossy brochures - just sufficient paperwork to ensure dates, price, pick up and delivery location. The firm arrived on time and delivery was made without any problems. What required re-assembly was done without asking and the job was completed most efficiently. I would definitely use them again.

From the sales quote which included selecting the correct vehicle size to the actual removal, the team were brilliant! They protected our belongings and even left us with the blankets and boxes until we unpacked. In fact, we had them for around 2 weeks the new wardrobes they transport the clothes in we're amazing! Not those cardboard things I've had before, these were metal framed and very sturdy most of all, the removal team were fab! Nothing too much trouble! Hard working! Quick! looked after the carpets. In fact, they did everything they promised to do. Highly recommended!

J Load offered us a competitive quotation at £40.00 per hour, which we took. The driver and his assistant (sorry but I have forgotten their names), were efficient and methodical. I thought they were a bit slow, but as everything was delivered intact, I must revise this judgement and say that there were just being practical with time. There were professional at all times, treating our furniture as if it were their own. Due to a slow puncture in one of their tyres, they overran their timings by 45 minutes. However, they did reduce the bill by 1 hour to compensate, which I didn't even ask for. 
I would not hesitate in recommending them and when we need to move again, we will definitly be using J Load.

I highly recommend this company and would without question use again.
Matthew first visited me after my initial query and spent time explaining his service, the removal process and telling me about his company. He took time to find out about myself and my family before Looking over our home to price a quotation. Matthew and JLoad were the only company to excel with this customer service making me feel like a valued future client so much more than the other various companies I had for a quote whom spent less than 2 minutes running around my house pricing 'the job'. 
On the day of the move he and his colleague went out of their way to ensure they could reduce as much stress for us as possible. They even spent time with my little boy who had been getting very upset seeing his worldly possessions being put on the lorry! They took great care of our belongings, not a single item was damaged or scratched, they worked very hard and made the whole experience smooth for us.
Its a shame we don't plan to move home again! .

I approached J Load via the Internet together with several other companies to get quotes. Others either gave phone quotes or did not even reply. Matthew came out straight away to review what was required and gave an immediate written quote. I accepted the next day. Despite a date change from my end the whole move day went very smoothly, carried out with much banter and good humour and any minor hiccups were dealt with intelligently and without fuss. Would recommend them.
